Please note that communication is complete at any level only when Person A and Person B keep exchanging positions throughout. Communication has to be 2-way to be successful. Person A has to ensure that person B is indeed with him and on the same page as he/she is from time to time. Otherwise the process would be 1-way, with person A only assuming that person B has understood everything exactly as s/he is expected to.
