One example that comes to my mind is something that I can relate to immediately. If I want somethign to be a culture, I need faster results. I started this blog to continue to learn something, continue leadership and breed leadership. Best way to start the same is, practice is in a system that I am close to, where I can reflect changes, I can reflect leadership. Practice leadership continuously in my environment where ever I am close, where ever I am immediate - my house, my Company and see results take effect immediately. That way, I make a bigger impact. Start from myself, my house, my family, my company. Everything starts with me. Change Starts with me.
